Ming Chen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ACC-accredited International Coaching Federation coach with 20+ years of leadership experience in tech. As CEO and Founder of Nebula Coaching & Consulting, she partners with women and BIPOC executives navigating the intersection of race, gender, and leadership in high-growth organizations.

Before becoming CEO & Founder of Nebula Coaching, Ming led teams at Akamai, Comcast, and Twitter and took startups to acquisition 3x, working in Senior Director and Director roles in sales, strategic partner management, strategy & operations, business development, and global product partnerships, generating $120M in revenue while managing global teams in EMEA and APAC.

As a woman of color who spent two decades navigating tech leadership, Ming has firsthand experience with the challenges her clients face: bias in performance reviews, being the only woman in the room, managing microaggressions, and advancing without sacrificing authenticity. This lived experience, combined with professional coaching training and Stanford Women-in-Management facilitation expertise, enables her to address the real barriers diverse leaders encounter - not theoretical constructs, but daily realities.
